Ingredients

  • 16 oz dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup gluten-free pretzels, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free pretzels, whole
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 Dark Chocolate + Almonds MacroBars®, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
  • flaky sea salt

Directions

1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add dark chocolate to a small heat-proof bowl, and place over a pot of simmering water. Stir frequently until fully melted.
3. Stir 1 cup chopped pretzels and ½ cup of roasted almonds into melted chocolate.
4. Spread chocolate mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet and smooth with spatula.
5. Drizzle almond butter over chocolate and swirl in with a toothpick.
6. Top with remaining chopped almonds, whole pretzels, chocolate chips, and chopped MacroBars. Sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
7. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
8. When ready to indulge, allow bark to come to room temperature and enjoy!
